Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns: New and unworn Myth & Relics jewelry may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for any other available design of equal or greater value within the same 30-day window. Any price differences or extra shipping costs apply.

Packaging Requirements

All items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase (invoice or packing slip).

Apparel

Apparel returns are accepted at our discretion and will be refunded as store credit only.

Final Sale Items

  • Custom pieces (e.g., engraved, personalized) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Discounted items and BOGO offers are not eligible for return, but may qualify for exchange.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Handling Fee

A $15 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges to cover handling and restocking.

Return Shipping Guidelines

  • Use a trackable service with signature confirmation.
  • Seal items in original packaging.
  • Do not write “Jewelry” on the label for security purposes.
  • Include your order number and contact details inside the parcel.

Inspection & Refunds

Returned items will be inspected for condition (unworn, unaltered, and in resellable state).

  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after receipt.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Repairs or replacements for eligible issues

Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Items not purchased directly from Myth & Relics

Warranty Voids If

Items are altered or repaired by unauthorized sources.

Replacements

If the original product is unavailable, a comparable piece of equal value will be offered.

Limitations & Legal Rights

This limited warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, not a replacement.
Myth & Relics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages.
Liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the item purchased.
Certain local laws may override these limits — your legal rights may vary by region.
